Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as a cornerstone, not just of DeFi, but of a new internet-native financial system.

    Paris or remote (from GMT -5 up to GMT +2 to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).

    Mission & Responsibilities

    As Product Lead at Morpho Labs, you will be responsible for the company's B2B offerings in the Institutional DeFi space. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and strategy development in collaboration with the CEO and product designers, to detailed product specification considering technical aspects. You will be responsible for creating designs and prototypes, user testing, and managing the product roadmap while working closely with developers and integrating feedback from live products, while also being responsible for:

    • Leading the Morpho Prime vertical and its ongoing improvement, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.

    • Build products to empower large distributors/institutions to use Morpho, developing compelling designs and interactive prototypes in conjunction with designers, and rigorously test these concepts with target users.

    • Create Dashboards for UBOs/high-level management by managing and mentoring data analysts and UI/UX designers, contributing to the B2B product line.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration by providing critical product insights and requirements to the core protocol team to ensure B2B needs are considered in protocol development.

    • Owning and Curating Morpho vaults and allocating to Morpho Markets while managing Risk Exposure.

    • Trade on Morpho V2 with your vault or with your prop capita.

    Job requirements

    Must-have Experience & Skills

    • 5+ years of experience building and shipping deeply technical products, with a strong background in either product management or engineering.

    • A minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience within the web3/crypto space. A DeFi native experience is highly desirable (professional or personal).

    • Experience with trading systems or deep crypto infrastructures.

    • Proven track record of having shipped products as part of a team that was over 20 people, demonstrating effective collaboration and technical know-how to shape the product.

    • Exceptional organization and communication skills
