Mission & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and nurture a world-class pipeline of crypto-native talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across functions and geographies to source and engage exceptional candidates, and deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience from the very first contact by:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define the “ideal candidate” and deeply understand role requirements.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Talent Manager to ensure the recruitment team is well-coordinated, aligned on hiring priorities, and delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all roles.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, using X, LinkedIn, GitHub, industry forums, Discord, niche job boards, and other creative channels to identify “hidden gems.”

  • Engage with candidates and cultivate personable and genuine interactions, nurturing those relationships over time to develop a strong, long-term talent pipeline.

  • Act as an employer brand ambassador: communicate Morpho’s unique value proposition, convey our mission and culture, and ensure candidates are excited about our opportunities.

  • Work simultaneously on a diversity of roles, across teams and geographies.

Job requirements

Must-have Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years in a similar role (in-house or agency), including designing and executing sourcing strategies.

  • At least 3 years in crypto and very conversant about the space, with a strong existing network of candidates and knowledge about companies and crypto-specific roles.

  • Proven success recruiting across geographies and job families (engineering, finance, operations, marketing), adjusting your approach to local markets and role types.

  • Experience finding top talent in ambitious and competitive environments.

  • Comfort challenging hiring managers: you ask probing questions and provide market insights to refine requirements.

  • Strong relationship-building & persuasion skills: you know how to engage and influence busy candidates, follow up thoughtfully, and stay connected over time.
